My favourite chest exercise
Finishing up that last but very important chest exercise, the #cablecrossover for my chest routine. I'll probably start of with some incline or flat presses with any chest routine, throw in some pullovers but I'll almost always end with cable crossovers, I get a pretty good pump from using cables especially when my triceps are tired from all the pressing. Occasionally, I'l do some dumbbell flys to replace this but it's still one of my all time favourite chest finishers. Here's a tip, try using static contraction at the end of each rep in this exercise to get the most out of it.
